Subject to exceptions, Partica is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for Collect in Store orders the 14 days starts after you have placed your order. Please note if you wish to exchange your item(s), this can only be done in a Partica store. We are unable to offer exchanges if you return your item(s) to Partica via post.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Please see our Terms & Conditions for details on Returns Policy.
In Store Purchase Returns Policy
Subject to exceptions, Partica is happy to offer an exchange for any unwanted items returned within 28 days of purchase with a valid purchase receipt. The purchase can be returned to any Partica Store.
Unwanted goods must be returned in the condition in which it was purchases, unworn, unused, and sealed packaging where it was sold as sealed.
Changing rooms are available for you to try our products and ensure suitability prior to making a purchase.
There will be no refund offered if the item is simply no longer needed.
